PARIS—French prosecutors opened a counterterror probe on Saturday, right after a person stabbed two folks to death and wounded 5 other people in southeastern France.
The suspect, a Sudanese person in his 30s, attacked bystanders in the street and in stores in the heart of Romans-sur-Isère, a smaller town near the town of Lyon, in accordance to the prosecutor’s office environment.
