
Ten men and women have been indicted in connection to a scheme of working with rural hospitals throughout numerous states to allegedly bill personal insurance policy organizations for fraudulent laboratory screening claims.
The conspirators billed insurers roughly $1.4 billion for laboratory urinalysis drug tests and blood tests and were paid about $four hundred million. This allegedly went on from the end of 2015 to the starting of 2018.

The conspirators are also accused of dollars laundering to endorse the scheme and to distribute the fraudulent proceeds.

This indictment accuses the defendants of fraudulently billing personal insurers.
