The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has objected to the Mumbai Law enforcement submitting a closure report in a dishonest scenario registered previously against now-defunct Jet Airways, its promoter Naresh Goyal, and his wife.
Stating that the law enforcement failed to think about vital information of the scenario, the ED has filed an intervention software just before a court docket.
Jet Airways, Goyal and his wife Anita had been booked on expenses of dishonest and a legal seashore of have faith in in February this 12 months by MRA Marg law enforcement on a grievance filed by town- centered Akbar Travels India Non-public Confined alleging that they had been cheated of Rs 46 crore by the Goyals.
